Keynotes

Here are some of my popular keynotes. If you would like something uniquely created for your conference or event, please let me know.

Find your talented stranger within

Many of us fail to recognise our own talents and capabilities, or fail to recognise their value, making it almost impossible for us to make the contribution we are uniquely capable of making. This keynote explains the Imposter Syndrome, where it comes from, why it gets in the way of us recognising our own potential, why that’s an issue, and how to start moving past its limitations.

Skirting Leadership or stepping up?

The issue of women in leadership is complex (perhaps even wicked) and includes many factors which are being addressed through popular women in leadership programmes and unconscious bias training. There is an area that has not been addressed or not addressed at the right level – the self-esteem and mindsets of the women themselves – the Imposter Syndrome and the limitations it leads to.The keynote and masterclass create a level of awareness around self-esteem, its impact on confidence and provides steps to move for- ward to diminish the impact of the syndrome on career aspirations and achievements.

Shift. How the Imposter Syndrome gets in the way of high performance and what to do about it.

If we have the tendency to experience the imposter syndrome – and 70% of us do – it manifests in the feeling of not being good enough. which impacts our ability to show up as leaders and business owners. This keynote highlights the problem, shows the path forward and provides some initial steps.

Productive Uncertainty. The power to improve bottom line

We live in times of great volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. Most of us are not geared up to deal with this type of business environment. It exacerbates personal uncertainty and stands in the way of effective leadership, decision-making and performance. Learn the difference between unnecessary uncertainty and the certainty that propels performance and how to drive performance in your business or career through embracing uncertainty.
